FINAL BOARD

I am very grateful that i have finished this semester 3 after 14 weeks , also i would  like to thanks  Mr Imran as my first tutor for the second project  and Ms Macy for the final project. By completing this project, I had gone through and learnt a lot of new things. There were a lot of different stages to complete and led to the final presentation review. First of all, it's important to determine the relevant target audience and criteria and and we should know why are we choosing the object. For my subject matter, as chinese paper cutting is counted as a fading culture due to nowadays there's a lot of machine instead of using the hand make cutting to do it, slowly the technic of the paper cutting skill been forget by nowadays people. So my target audience for the subject matter is teenagers and tourists.

Next, I learnt that we have to know well what are the programs and operations going in this A.I.R so we can plan well in our layout plan for both first and mezzanine floor. A good layout planning is important because it can significantly affect the productivity and service quality. Some consequences of poor layout are increased costs, confused and frustrated customers, and poor communication and information flows.

Moving on the to the design development, we had done the concept development during project 02, and in project 03, I learnt that how I could actually integrating the concept into this A.I.R so it could makes the overall interior more lively. I've learnt that by applying the concept, not only for aesthetic purpose, but also should be functional.

Other than the learning for the technical parts, I've learnt how we can actually shows more relevant neighborhood context in our plans like sections, elevations so it could allowed people to have better understanding on how our A.I.R reflected back to the actual site. Last but not least, I've learnt a lot when arranging for our presentation board.
