PROJECT 1+2 PROGRAMMING You will need to identify what it is you are designing and begin to develop your program narrative. Fundamental to the development of your brief, is an understanding of the relationship between conceptual approach that you have begun to explore and functional purpose of your proposals (Final Project). In the process of creating your narrative programming, consider the following:
▪ Research and understand the product, services and activity you are designing for
▪ The people, your dreams, resources, concerns, SWOT analysis
▪ Priorities, must haves-would be nice to have, what’s not important-what is
▪ What 'feel' is expected, building style, material preferences, disposition
▪ Introduce your approach to the existing building and its context
▪ Propose quality of spaces required for the activities you identify
▪ Concept analysis, approach, big idea, wow factor
▪ Operational overview, systems, function

FINAL OUTCOME BOARD FOR PROGRAMM :
PROJECT 3 Scenario: A business ‘incubator’ is a space created that helps ‘start-up companies’ to grow and expedite the development process and move quickly forwards. With an appropriate narrative programming proposed, it helps to foster the relationships between entrepreneurs and their respective teams to virtually accelerate the company growth. It is a place where conditions are met to make life sustainable by providing a nurturing environment. Some existing companies incubate ideas to develop an eco-system around their existing product line thus making the market tilt towards their favor. Offering a nurturing space to both commercialize ideas and grow through a wide offerings of entrepreneurial programmed, it enables meaningful community engagements and real connections. Incubator enables ecosystem players to collaborate in providing opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to develop their idea into actionable solution and sustainable business model. OBJECTIVE You will be required to demonstrate comprehensive technical knowledge and skills with capability to communicate design ideas effectively to others.
